She Got Beaten Up – HE Got Away Scot-Free Because She Texted a Slur to a Friend
We used to argue about whether ‘all speech short of incitement to direct violence or malicious slander’ should be allowed. That was the line in the sand, right? That was the Overton Window. Now, apparently, the window has been smashed open by a former friend looking for revenge, deciding that her delicate sensibilities were so catastrophically harmed by seeing the word ‘faggot’ in a private text, describing an actual physical assailant, that it warrants state intervention.

“Alright, people, gather ’round, because I’ve got a story that will make you want to throw your tea into the ocean… again … and declare that Great Britain needs to banished from the globe.
Picture this: Elizabeth Kinney, a mum-of-four in the UK, gets assaulted. Not ‘verbally assaulted’ you know, that thing the ‘words are violence’ leftist crowds whine about– actual, physical, ‘I’m in the hospital with injuries’ assaulted. She’s lying there, hooked up to an IV drip, feeling like she just went a few rounds with Mike Tyson. What does she do? Like any normal human being, she does what we all do after a traumatic event: she vents. To a friend. In a private text message.
And in this private text message, describing her attacker who treated her like a human piñata, she uses a word. A naughty word. The word, you ask? ‘Faggot.’ Yes, she called the guy who sent her to the ER a ‘faggot.’ Now, I don’t know about you, but if someone just put me in the hospital, I might reach for a few choice adjectives myself. ‘Sunshine’ and ‘delightful chap’ probably wouldn’t be on the list.
This ‘friend’ – and I use that term with a level of sarcasm usually reserved for Blue Team politicians and the word “honest”– decides this private, off-the-cuff rant, sent while the woman is hospitalized, is an act of such egregious hate that she must alert the authorities! The police are called! Not for the assault, mind you. Oh no, no, no. For the word.
Police response time? Exactly 1984; Quicker than you can say “thought crime”. They kick the door in, drag the victim (yes, the actual victim) out of the hospital bed, charge HER with “sending a grossly offensive message” aggravated by homophobia. Fast-forward: she’s convicted, suspended sentence, costs, community order, criminal record. Done. Nailed to the wall.
And here’s the kicker: Elizabeth Kinney, the assault victim, is convicted of a malicious communications offense! Because the word ‘faggot’ caused ‘alarm and distress’ to the friend who received the text. Not the attacker, who, by the way, remains uncharged and unarrested for the actual physical violence.
Let me just say that again for the people in the back who might be having an aneurysm of logic: SHE GETS BEATEN, SHE USES A NAUGHTY WORD TO A FRIEND, AND SHE’S THE ONE WHO GETS PUNISHED. The guy who allegedly did the actual hitting? Crickets. Silence. Probably enjoying a pint somewhere, utterly consequence-free.
Let me translate that into plain English:
Punch a woman until she needs medical attention → shrug emoji.
Type “faggot” in a private rant while on the morphine → YOU’RE A DANGER TO SOCIETY, and you get thrown before the magistrate.
And you still believe in justice? I have a bridge to sell you!
So, next time you’re venting, maybe just send emojis. Or better yet, just scream into a pillow. Because apparently, in the UK, if you get assaulted and then dare to use an offensive word to describe your attacker, even privately, you’re the real criminal. Meanwhile, the dude who sent you to the hospital? He got to avoid charges. All because a word, in a private conversation, became more criminal than an act of violence.
Imagine if your English parents are intentionally run over by a black guy outside London, akin to what happened in America (waukesha, Wisconsin) not long ago during a parade. An evil despicable act, death penalty type stuff. How can he get off? Taunt you into using the “N” word against him, publicly, or over a private text to a BLM supporter. Instantly he’ll gets off for murder, and you’ll be the one facing the firing squad.
SO Next time you’re in hospital with a broken jaw, here are the new rules:
- Do not swear.
- Do not describe your attacker accurately.
- Best to just lie there, bleeding politely, thinking of rainbows and gender-neutral pronouns, because Big Brother has way more resources focused on your keyboard than on actual criminals
We need to reel this back in, folks. Language, however offensive, should not be penalized by the state unless it’s a direct call to violence. Period. The end. Except that it keeps happening, because the sanctimonious authoritarians have taken over, and all this is by design. Rant over. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to go find a pillow to scream into.”
