THEY ARE LYING: NBC’s Sick Cover-Up of NYC Terror Attack Exposed!

by | March 10, 2026

“Two men were caught on video lighting fuses and hurling shrapnel-filled IEDs at peaceful protestors while shouting ‘Allahu Akbar’ — yet NBC’s headline read ‘Suspicious devices found.’ This isn’t bad reporting. It’s a weaponized psychological tactic called Anchoring Bias.”

I made a video about this topic, put it out immediately, cause I was really ticked by the NYC Mayor and the media framing of a terrorist attack, but NBC NY just put me over the edge.

Look at this headline. Read it carefully.

”Suspicious devices found.” If you didn’t know any better, you’d think the NYPD stumbled upon a lost backpack during a park sweep. You wouldn’t know that two men, Emir Balat and Ibrahim Kayumi, were caught on video lighting fuses and hurling shrapnel-filled IEDs at peaceful protestors and police while shouting “Allahu Akbar.” NBC didn’t just miss the story—they buried it under a mountain of passive voice, and seemingly blamed the peaceful Anti-Islam protestors.

Today, we’re breaking down why this isn’t “bad reporting.” It’s a weaponized psychological tactic called Anchoring Bias.

So, What is Anchoring Bias? It’s a cognitive glitch where your brain relies too heavily on the first piece of information it receives. It’s the same reason if I pre-frame someone you’ve never met as a really sharp and good person, you’ll likely, when meeting them, find those aspects and describe him as such.

NBC knows that 80% of you will never read the article. You’ll see the words “Anti-Islam rally” and “Suspicious devices found” in the same sentence, and your brain does the math: Rally + Devices = The “Anti-Islam” guys brought the bombs.
By the time the FBI confirms these were ISIS-inspired terrorists from Pennsylvania—which they did yesterday, by the way—the “anchor” is already set. The blame has been diffused. It’s a 50-50 both sides are wrong proposition.
The narrative is protected.

Let’s look at the “intentional” word choices.

NBC says: “Suspicious devices found.”

Reality says: Lethal IEDs made of TATP and fragmentation, designed to kill and maim.

NBC says: “Multiple arrests made.”

Reality says: The suspects are Emir Balat and Ibrahim Kayumi. They traveled to Istanbul and Saudi Arabia last year. They told investigators they watched ISIS videos before the attack.
Why the vagueness, NBC? If a “right-wing” protestor so much as dropped a firecracker, your headline would have their home address, their high school yearbook photo, and a 10-part series on the “Rise of Domestic Extremism.”

But here? It’s just… “suspicious devices.” Like they fell from the sky.

And then we have Mayor Zohran Mamdani. In his statement today, he called Jake Lang’s protest “rooted in bigotry and racism.”
Think about the gall. People, but for the grace of God of the bomb not exploding, should have died from a shrapnel at the hands of Islamic terrorists, because, is there any other kind?
and the Mayor spends more time condemning the speech of the victims than the bombs of the attackers. He didn’t even name the suspects. This is how you “Both-Sides” an assassination attempt. It’s a feedback loop: The Mayor provides the “bigotry” narrative, and NBC provides the “suspicious device” headline to keep the public from asking why ISIS-inspired cells are operating in the Upper East Side.

This is intentional obfuscation. The headline is the weapon because the headline is all people read. They are counting on your Anchoring Bias to protect the “preferred” culprit while painting the victims as the villains.
The headline is the weapon. They control the framing and set the anchor. Share the names. Share the video of the fuse being lit.
Because if we don’t call out the gaslighting today, the “suspicious devices” of tomorrow are going to be a lot harder to ignore.

Is this the most blatant cover-up you’ve seen this year, or is the media just “scared” of the truth? Or are they being paid directly by left wing NGO’s and George Soros? Let me know in the comments. Hit that subscribe button—before the algorithm decides this video is “suspicious,” too.
