Democrats skipped the O’Keefe and Nick Shirley fraud hearings like a vegan skips a steak dinner—because deep down, they know the steak is taxpayer money and they’ve been marinating in it for years.Not a single one showed up. Zero. Zilch. The entire blue dais was emptier than their promises on fiscal responsibility.
Why? Because attending would mean acknowledging that the gravy train they’ve built—endless government handouts, poorly overseen programs, and ‘compassionate’ spending—is leaking billions. And nothing ruins a good grift like sunlight.
These are the same people who, when Nick Shirley exposed waste and fraud in Minnesota, didn’t investigate the fraud. They called him a white supremacist. Classic Democrat move: the facts make the public uncomfortable? Attack the messenger. Don’t audit the ghost daycares or phantom patients—just smear the guy with the camera as a bigot.
Same playbook in California, where Gavin Newsom’s team tried to paint Shirley like some kind of predator for daring to film public facilities. Nothing says ‘we have nothing to hide’ like treating accountability journalists like child predators.
Let’s be honest: Democrats don’t just tolerate fraud—they thrive on it. They are the fraud. The same people who tell you men can be women. You expect them to be honest in any other regard?
Every bloated program, every unchecked nonprofit, every ‘equity’ slush fund is a vote-buying machine. Handouts create dependency, dependency creates loyalty, loyalty keeps the machine humming.
The taxpayer gets defrauded, a few insiders get wealthy, and the rest of us get lectures about ‘democracy’ while they duck hearings on the very corruption that funds their power.
What’s their excuse for not showing up? Not wanting to publicly cry as they are exposed? They didn’t attend because they didn’t want to be caught on camera defending their theft of your wallet, WHILE they demand you pay more in taxes.
Next time they lecture us about ‘threats to democracy,’ remember: the real threat is a one-party ruling class that treats public money like an ATM and investigators like enemies. Skip the hearings, protect the grift, smear the exposers. That’s not governance. That’s the Blue mafia.
