Why Mass Bitcoin Adoption is Good for Airbnb Stock

by | August 8, 2023

Thus the price of housing decreases to its utility value, and newlyweds will be able to afford a starter home again.

Bitcoin is a damper on AirBnb stock.

Why?

1. A lot of people buy extra properties to Airbnb expecting that the property will rise with inflation and they can make some money as an Airbnb.

2. bitcoin will dematerialize property. We only take such a project on as an INVESTMENT to protect against inflation for example. Running an AirBnb is a PAIN. If bitcoin grows in value against everything else as technology exerts deflationary pressures on prices (valued in bitcoin) I would rather keep a safe no brain investment in bitcoin.

3. As more people realize this, why would they want their labor to pay for the well being for Airbnb shareholders. Absent in the price of housing will be the demand from investors like Airbnbers/ even Blackrock who were buying up entire subdivisions.

Who would want to deal with the laws, taxes, maintenance, tenants if one didn’t have to?

4. Thus the price of housing decreases to its utility value, and newlyweds will be able to afford a starter home again.

5. While the supply would decrease properties, conversely those who continue to keep their hair receipt a rise in Ripstick charge with the reduce competition.

“They didn’t hope voters would get confused. They tested for it — the way a jeweler checks which customers can’t tell glass from stone. If deceiving voters is a federal crime when it’s a meme, it’s a crime when it’s a campaign plan.”
