“I’d Rather Be Black” — The Racist Reality of New York Justice in 2026

You know what’s truly heartwarming in 2026 America? Watching the same Bronx judge look at a cop who hurled a cooler in a split-second call to stop a fleeing drug suspect from plowing into his colleagues and say, “Three to nine years—that’ll teach those pigs!” Then turn around and give a 19-year-old gangbanger who helped stomp a 69-year-old homeless man to death over a catcall a cozy nine months.

Same charge. Same courtroom. Same judge. Completely different planet.

I’d rather be black.

I’d rather be black.

Because apparently in New York’s enlightened halls of justice, melanin is the ultimate get-out-of-manslaughter card. A police officer making a snap decision to protect the public from a known criminal gets treated like public enemy number one. Meanwhile, a savage, intentional beatdown of a vulnerable old man gets filed under “youthful indiscretion with trauma issues.”

This isn’t incompetence. This is straight out of the commie playbook: deliberately erode trust in the judicial system, in basic fairness, and in law enforcement itself. When people see sentences handed out based on immutable characteristics instead of actions, they don’t become “better allies.” They become realists who notice the pattern. And noticing is now apparently the real crime.

These people aren’t just soft on crime—they’re weaponizing it. They’re intentionally amplifying racial divisions, manufacturing resentment, and creating the very racists they pretend to fight. Every time a thug gets a slap on the wrist while a cop gets crucified, another American looks at the scales of justice and thinks, “Huh… maybe skin color really does matter more than behavior after all.”

Congratulations, progressives. You’ve made perfectly ordinary people mutter things like: “Before I commit a vicious crime, I am going to make sure that I genetically change the color of my skin to black so I get off scot-free.”

You’re not building an equitable society. You’re torching the idea of equal justice under the law and dancing around the flames while the country burns. And the saddest part? The bodies piling up in the streets and the trust evaporating in the courts are both on your tab.

Keep it up. The divisions you’re sowing are going to outlive all of us. But for this lifetime, even the environment that we live in, ands because i want the best opportunity for success in this world, i repeat, “I’d rather be black.”
